A study group dedicated to "The C++ Programming Language" (4e)
Ever since its first edition, "The C++ Programming Language" (TCPPPL) has been an important book for people dealing with C++. Bjarne Stroustrup wrote that book and designed & implemented the language.
In 2011 a new C++ ISO standard was approved, now referred to as C++11. Since then new books dealing with C++11 have been published.
This fourth edition has been updated to reflect the changes in the language.
This study group is dedicated to studying TCPPPL, with various volunteers working on different chapters.
One of the good things of having an e-mail mailing list is that people can bounce ideas off each other or ask people to clarify stubborn concepts. A bonus to list members is that Bjarne Stroustrup has agreed to sit in on this list.
